Should I be concerned???

Been to the hospital Sunday because I was having contractions when I got there I was told I’m 2.5cm dilated the give me some meds because i was not in active labor and antibiotics for a uti then sent me home. Sunday night I realized my hands and feet were swollen and even up to today it’s still swollen. I went the the bathroom this morning and realized im loosing pieces of my mucus plug and been very crampy since. I just went to poop (sorry for the TMI) and it’s green should I be concerned???? Oh I’m 35 weeks 3 days
