Symptoms after loss

I had a miscarriage last month. I had decided to continue trying, but missed my ovulation this month, for which I'm kind of grateful. To be honest, I'm not even certain I DID ovulate, as I never got EWCM, or the pain in my ovaries that is my normal, although my cervix did go high and soft. My breasts have continued to be sore, my acne has spiked considerably, I'm cramping, and I'm having near constant headaches. What's going on?
