Sleep training at 6 months
So I’m really struggling to get my 6 month old son to settle. An hour after I put him to sleep (7:30-8 is bed time) he is awake, screaming at the top of his lungs and is then wide awake for hours no matter what we do! He is still up 3-4 times a night on average. I’m so sleep deprived and need help my husband and I literally dread night times! Baby usually nurses to sleep too which I am trying to stop! Please help!!
