Is detoxing during the TWW safe?

I usually do the master cleanse once a year. I do it for 1 or 2 days depending on how I feel. Right now it is very much needed. My question isn’t if the detox itself safe, I’ve already gotten the all clear from my doc to do it once or twice a year. But I just wanna know if it might affect anything that might be happening during the TWW.

P.S. master cleanse is a detox of a homemade lemonade with cayenne.
