35 weeks- BH contractions question

I’m curious to know if/what to go to the hospital for, I am a FTM so I’m all new to this, I’ve had 3 Braxton Hicks so far within the last 30 minutes so 1 every 10 minutes or so, lasting about 45 seconds. I’ve had a lazy relaxing day, took a warm bath, have been drinking tons of water, don’t know why I’m getting them now.. how do you know when to go to the hospital, at what point do you go get it checked out? My hospital is 35 minutes away and it’s 9:30 pm so I wouldn’t want to make the drive if not needed
