Wtf??

Ok so I’ve been on the pill (isilbloom) for about 3 months now and this month pretty much all month I’ve been having my period! Recently I changed the time I’ve been taking it because I read that you don’t have to take it exactly at the same time every day. My ‘period’ is like brown weird spotting, is this normal? I’m scared I’m pregnant somehow because I read that pregnant girls can spot too
