Please give me some good tips . I really wanna lose weight fast . I at least wanna lose 50 pounds . I want to lose 10 pounds a moth

If you want to keep weight off, don't try to lose fast. You're much more likely to just rebound when you reach your goal. General rules I've always learned is if you have less than 50 lbs to lose, 1 lb a week (reducing to half pound a week when you're losing the last 15-20). If you have more than 50 lbs to lose then 2 lbs/week is a reasonable target. If you have over 100 lbs to lose it may be reasonable to lose faster, but otherwise it's likely unhealthy and unsustainable (you would be eating at such a severe calorie deficit that your body would be lacking sufficient nutrients to sustain basic body functions).
You lose weight by eating less calories than you burn. Intermittent fasting can help (I generally follow and it's seemed to best keep me on a steady loss), but it is possible to eat too much during your window and you won't lose weight. I combine with calorie counting to make sure I stay under. 
If you can, workout in the morning in fasted state with moderate intensity exercise and/or HIIT (high intensity interval training), which seem to be best for maximizing fat burning and/or potentially allowing some level of "afterburn" (burning more calories after workout, which help keep a caloric deficit; gentle workouts won't induce this effect). Intermittent fasting. Eating at the same time everyday. Eat for 6 hours of the day and fast 18 hours, but make sure it’s always starting and ending at the same times.
No soda. No fast foods. Whole foods. More water. Home cooked meals every day. Walk everyday.
