It shouldn’t burn, I have pain using the restroom from endo but not burning. It sounds like you may have an UTI

That may be a bladder infection

It happened to me. My endometriosis was In my rectum so it hurt to use the restroom both ways

No it doesn’t, I saw your comment saying it isn’t a bladder infection but you need to make sure you’re being seen by a doctor. If it’s only on your period then maybe you’re having some sort of inflammation? I have no clue but keep at them to get some answers.
