Can someone please help me?
I am having the worst pain in my left hip and it’s radiating all the way down to my left foot. It’s so bad that I cannot get comfortable enough to get any sleep. I have been taking Tylenol and hot baths/showers. I’ve been doing light exercises to try to stretch the muscles, but nothing is working. Please, someone tell me what I can do that might help me.
