Please help.

Waiting for my OBGYN to call back.. I’ve been on lexapro 10mg for a while now and my primary doctor knows I have been trying to conceive for 6+ months. Told me it was fine. Well now I’m 5w3d pregnant. Go to get Claritin for my allergies and ask the pharmacist if the 2 meds can go together (I used to take Zyrtec) he said he doesn’t seem to see a problem. BUT!!!! Taking lexapro while pregnant should be taken with “extreme caution” I am now FREAKING THE F OUT!

Why would my primary say it’s fine?

Does anyone else take lexapro and pregnant?
