Anyone have luck on Clomid 4-7 with trigger?

Just finished first round of Clomid 50mg on days 4-7 last week and triggered Thursday. At the time of my ultrasound Thursday I had 3 mature follicles- 2 left size 18mm and 16mm and 1 right at 17mm. It's not definitive but my left tube is possibly blocked. TWW is so much harder than when we were trying without meds. Constantly fearing it didn't work and also that maybe itll work too well (triplets! Ah!).

Would love to hear some positivity/success stories.
