Question. Regarding possible miscarriage

If you have had a miscarriage, Did you have really bad lower back pain, but NO cramps at all?

I’m 11w4d and have been having this for the past week with light brown discharge for 2 days that turned into like pink blood when whiping, and the past 3 days there has been time where I have whipped and it has been more red. (Especially after bowl movement, and tonight after I vomited. So maybe it’s just an irritated cervix and my back is just sore because of the uterus stretching ? )

Btw, no I have not had sex recently.
