weight gain & self esteem

so i already wasn’t a small girl to begin with. i’m 5’6 and started my pregnancy at 210 which was larger than ideal for me but i got pregnant in february and was still holding weight from the holidays. normal for me is 190s which STILL has room for improvement lol anyhow, i’m currently 230 at 22 weeks pregnant. i’m getting stretch marks on my arms, legs, upper belly, hips, ect. i have extra fat over my baby belly and a little loose skin and i’m just NOT having a good time. i’m so self conscious. i pretty much avoid the mirror at all costs 😕 i don’t eat badly, but i’m a stay at home mom and i’ve taken it VERY easy on my body because i had preeclampsia with my first and was on bed rest. so i just try to stay relaxed, i’m already swelling when i move too much. any similar experiences? ways to keep weight gain at bay? or just a “girl you got this” 😩
