Workout Plans

Hi! I’m been feeling insecure about my body, especially my arms. I want to workout but I don’t know a good plan for my body type. I used to be skinner in high school but now I’m gaining weight. My body builds muscle very easily but I don’t want to be too muscular. I’d like to be tone and loose a few pounds. I weight 150 where I used to weight 120. I know it’s probably not a lot but I’m getting very insecure as I can fit into my pants that I used to. A lady even said I looked pregnant 😔

I’d love if someone gave me some suggestions about a workout plan for me. Thank you!
