Umbilical hernia
Anyone else suffering from an umbilical hernia? Idk what to do to reduce the pain but it hurtsssss! I got it when I was pregnant with my daughter almost 5 years ago. They didn’t want to do surgery until I was done having kids 😭 Send help!
