Help for me and my fiancé on losing weight healthily

Me and my fiancé both want to lose weight and start before we start going back to the gym. Me I’ve lost ten pounds but I done it not as healthy as you should. I take meds that makes me turn away from bad carbs. It also i takes my appetite away as i don’t eat a meal but once a day. I’ll have small snacks hear and there. I also am always moving so I work off anything I eat really fast. My fiancé has lost 3 pounds but has to watch what she eats as she’s diabetic so it’s harder for her to just eat a certain way. Wanting to find out some more healthier ways of eating for us both to lose more weight
