Ripped from pap exam

I just got my pelvic exam about a week ago. Seems a little weird that they waited until almost 20 weeks, but I've had a lot of medical issues that took priority. The thing that sucks is a got a small tear in my vagina during the exam.

I've had a child vaginally before so i know i can do it, but I've been really scared of the labor this time for some reason.... And now I tear from the speculum! Yeah that's helping me fear lemme tell you.....

Has that happened to anyone else? My doctor was shocked. It still hurts pretty bad a week later
