Symptoms going away??

I am freaking myself out! I am 10+2 today and my symptoms seem to be going away. I know this is supposed to happen but at least when I was sick it was a reassurance everything was okay. I'm still tired and am peeing more than normal but my sickness has gone away and my chest isn't as tender as before. I've heard of missed miscarriages and am freaking myself out because of it! My last US was 7+4 and we saw the heartbeat and heard it too. I go back to the doctor next Wednesday. Praying all is still good. Anyone else's symptoms slowly going away?!

Hi I'm 13w today and my symptoms began reducing around the 10w mark, try not to panic it happens as the placenta begins to take over and your hormone levels start to settle down

Your fine. I was worrying for weeks cause my symptoms completely left my body at 8 weeks. I just had my 2nd ultrasound done on Thursday and I saw my baby bouncing all over the place. Worried for nothing. I'm 12w today btw.

Mine slowed down around 9 weeks. Still comes and goes. I'm pretty sure everything is fine :) very normal

Yep, mine started disappearing at 9w6d, then some returned
