Anyone else's 8 month old go from eating purees really well to not interested at all?

Started purees around 6 months old and he was doing great with them. He got a cold and sinus infection around 7 months an was not interested in anything besides BM for the week and a half he wasn't feel well. Every since then he refuses to eat any, he turns his head away instantly. I can get maybe 2 spoonfuls in, but I practically have to force the spoon in.

Try real food my guys was eating 3 pouches a day. Got a sinus infection and cough. Only breast for 2 wks. Will not eat purées at all now but will eat what we are eating

My girl no longer wants me to fees her the puree with a spoon , instead we put it in a bowl and she uses her hands . super messy but she loves it , she has a training spoon but she hasn't quite figured it out

Yes and I just ended up having to feed her off my plate because she won’t eat otherwise
