Need support!

Af due October first! Currently a proud mother of a beautiful daughter and step son that are two months apart in age she is turns four in October ! I'm engaged to be married this April I'm 23 years old and me and my fiancé want to build to our family we have been trying for about 3-4 months I take prenatal and vitamins d and b everyday. Any support is appreciated I get super Annie's and bummed when af shows I feel like talking to others like me helps ! Thanks guys
