Baby shower disappointment

My aunt and grandmother threw me a lovely shower on Saturday. I got some very nice things. However I can't express how disappointed I am that only 2 people came out of the 15+ invitations sent, plus no one bought anything off my registry other than my grandmother and mother. I'm very grateful for the things I got, don't get me wrong. But so many things left to get, and mostly big items like a car seat, swing, etc. So now I have a month before this baby is born and so many things left to buy. How stressful :(
