Putting baby in crib.

I did the horrible mistake of putting her in my bed. I currently sleep in the corner of my bed holding her. I have a 4 year old that won’t leave my bed. I need my sanity back. I need to put her in the bed but she hates being swaddled..... I try every night but I since I have to be up to take my son to school I give up and put her in bed. I need to do this. Currently we all sleep in the same room because our house is tiny. Anyone going trough the same.
