Baby acne?

Question

My LO is 6 weeks and I know I shouldn’t panic about baby acne, but I’m super self conscious out it since my teen years were traumatizing and now it’s being projected onto my son... he literally looks like me when I was in high school. 
Are there any methods you guys used to get it under control? I know it goes away on its own, but I want to do SOMETHING!
I’ve been washing his face every day with water and a cotton ball. Also, he is quite the spitter, so keeping his spit and possible breast milk off his face has been a struggle.

Don’t wash his face! That just irritates/dries it more. Just wipe off the spit up and work on patience (i know it’s easier said than done) but it will clear up on its own.

Put breast milk on the acne spots especially before bed.. they’ll be gone if not almost gone by morning ! It will disappear on its own one day... my little girl had it for like 2 weeks straight then all of a sudden woke up one day and it was gone. They grow out of it

It’s not a big deal. It’s normal and will go away. Your baby is perfect.

My son was the same way! I bought calendula ointment and it cleared him up in 2 days! Pictures of before and after 😊

I personally tried a few things but nothing worked. For me, just leaving it alone and not putting anything on it .admit go away faster.
