21w+4d and not lactating?

I've been reading posts and everyone around this time seems to be lactating, and I'm not. I haven't had pain in my breasts for a while, they don't seem to be bigger and not even a drop of colostrum. I'm worried because I was hoping for at least the first 4-6 months to breast feed a lot, but now I'm wondering if I'll be able to at all!

Is this normal?

I had my son at 42 weeks and my milk didn't come in until 3 days later. Which is normal.  Some people are early producers and some aren't... To me, I am so glad I wasn't.

My milk never came in with my son and he was born at 36 weeks so I couldn't breastfeed with this one my boobs have been hurting so bad so hopefully I can with her. But I wouldn't worry because I am not leaking yet either and this is my second so again don't worry.

I never did with my son till he was delivered and the same this time and I'm already 38w4d and I've had nothing. I wouldn't worry about it. Some women are just a bit more sensitive. My friend has been leaking since she was 17w and she was due yesterday.

I'm 31 weeks and haven't had any leaking either. They also haven't gotten a whole lot bigger. It's normal either way.

I lactate at 30 weeks with my first. Everyone is different .

this is normal. im on my third pregnancy and my breast didnt hurt or grow or lactate with my first two but i breast fed.
