Macros
Hey beautiful souls! I've been vegan for a few years and I've relied heavily on pasta and grains. Since the beginning of June I've started a lifestyle change and have been eating much healthier and doing crossfit. I even put down the box of macaroni and chose some Greek olives instead!
I started tracking macros and I seem to be really low on the protein but high on carbs and fat. I mainly eat nuts and veggies with a little wild rice or like a California role from the sushi place. Oatmeal and fruit for breakfast.
Any suggestions to get my protein up? This is yesterday's log, my targets are protein 106g, fat 47, carbs 141.
