Hello! I'm 7 weeks pregnant as per glow. I had my first ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days and everything was looking good. Today I had my second ultrasound. The yolk sac was seen but the tech wasn't able to spot the fetus and so couldn't hear heartbeat. She said the baby's development as of now is showing 6 weeks 2 days.. I don't know what to expect. She asked us to schedule another ultrasound on Thursday.. I'll be 7 weeks 4 days by then.. Hoping to see heartbeat then. Did anyone else have the same situation at 7 weeks like me? Advice needed! Thanks!
