Mid cycle bleeding
So I was meant to be ovulating today (happens on the same day every month like clockwork) but no positive result on my opk tests this week. I have also been bleeding yesterday and today (I never bleed mid cycle). It's not bright red like a period but it's quite heavy. I have also felt nauseous and had headaches. Any ideas?
