Does this look like cystic acne to you guys?? My skin has been so awful lately and I just started a skin care routine. Also is it normal for skin to get worse before better??

No it looks more like normal acne. Cystic acne gets big swollen areas usually

Your skin care is probably irritating your skin. Usually with skin, less is more when it comes to products and your diet will have more of an impact than anything else. Maybe you have a sensitivity to food you’re eating.

Cystic acne is when the bumps are deep and under the skin. Yours don’t appear to fit that description
