Ladies... Help me please!

I was suppose to start my AF on the 24th and now it's saying on the 1st. I have been experiencing lower back aches (I never experience before period) bloating and boobs hurt and seem bigger. Yesterday I spotted for a quick second which it looked brown but when I wiped it was pink. This morning I woke up sick with a stomachache, cramps and lower backache. I don't know what's going on. Should I take a test?
