is this normal?
on my period, I wear 2 (sometimes 3) 10 hour overnight pads that are long and thick, and I still bleed through. my periods last around 9 days and are extremely heavy through days 1-5, not to mention the excruciating cramps that come along with it. I’m only 13 years old. My mom says that this is normal and happens to everyone - but all of my friends’ periods are 2-4 days long and are light. My cycle length is about 20 days. help me pls
