Phantom kicks

I will start off with: I am NOT pregnant. I just got off my 2 week cycle, haven't had sex in almost 2 months, and I have nexplannon.

Now, I have a 2 year old so I know the baby kicks feelings. I randomly get this feeling in my stomach, usually called "phantom kicks", does anyone else experience this and could it be anything to worry about or just my body being weird?
