Smashed acrylic fingernail

I smashed my acrylic nail in the door it tore off my real nail. Not all the way but half way and it hurts so bad! What do I do ? The acrylic nails I got done today so there’s no way I can even take it off or remove it because it’s on my real nail good. I put antibiotic and have a bandaid on it.. it’s throbbing so bad 😭 i don’t want it to get infected
