Opinions please

So I’m six weeks PP, I haven’t had my checkup yet though (it’s in two days) I only had a small first degree tear on my perineum. anyways it’s hubbys birthday and I figured since I’m six weeks and feeling good it’d probably be ok to give him some long-awaited birthday sex. It was uncomfortable but not necessarily painful and we used a condom. Afterwards I went to the bathroom and it stung when I urinated and hurt a lot when I wiped and there was a small amount of blood. It’s not painful when just sitting though, only uncomfortable. Could I have ripped again? Any suggestions on what to do for the pain?
