8 weeks with awful hayfever help
I'm 8 weeks 5 days and suffering with awful hayfever, it's got so bad now that my nose is bleeding when I sneeze and I can't open windows as I just start sneezing.
Does anyone know of anything that can help?
I know I can't take antihistamines but any natural remedies that work?
I've started eating local honey to see if that helps, I've booked myself in to the doctors on Thursday but don't even want to go outside its that bad 😔 x
