Hey guys so I had made a post about this but now I can’t find the post to update.

I decided to not try maca root for myself however we got a pill label “sex steel” for my SO. It’s not testosterone it’s instead maca root, l-arginine, and other natural fertility/libido boosters. This one is geared towards men with some other natural vitamins and supplements in it. However they do have one for women. Right now for me we just decided to put me on a prenatal vitamin because of some genetic disorders I carry in case I get pregnant we will be more prepared. But I just wanted to say. The pill for my SO works! He commented on it after just one day. He doesn’t take the full dose he just takes one pill in the AM and one in PM. So for peace of mind to not ruin his sperm but also just putting some good vitamins and minerals in his body it’s worth it. They do say to take a 2 week break from the pills if you use them for 90 days but you have to do that with pretty much any vitamin you take. Heck I have to do that with my biotin/collagen pills. Anyways just thought I’d post to update everyone.
