Anyone else ???? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤰🏻

So last cycle i experienced what I thought was implantation bleeding at 10dpo till 11dpo light spotting only when wiping I tested both days (one with amazon cheapies, the other with digital knowing it would be too early for the digital anyways ) both negative , then I started my period as regular on 14dpo .

My question is has anyone else experienced something similar ?? I’m wondering if my body was trying to implant and for some reason the implantation failed ???

Is that possible ??

Also any suggestions on what to take or do to strengthen my uterine lining . (Was on nexplanon for 5 years)
