Trouble Drinking?

Anyone else having trouble getting fluids? Being nauseous effects both my eating & drinking habits. I look at water as a chore & force myself to get it down

Same thing the only thing I can drink without any issue is chocolate milk....everything else is force drinking....I seem to drink water better if it's loaded with ice.

I am suffering from what my doctor be lives could be hyperemesis :-(
It is especially hard to keep down liquids. Thus far I can manage to drink 1 large decaf ice coffee a day...it takes me the entire day to drink the whole thing.  But that is all the liquid I can get down.
I have tried Gatorade, pedialyte, and ensure  (for the protein that I am missing due to my inability to keep down food)...baby only likes decaf ice coffee

This should all get better is a couple weeks.  I was awesome at water with my first and really struggling with this one.  I am 12 weeks so hoping the nausea goes away soon.

Also having trouble drinking enough water. I feel like it makes me more nauseous? My husband says that's just silly. But I have to force it. I know I need to. But even drops gross me out. 😁

I buy the kool aid water enhancer and I squeeze just a tiny drop in. I drink 96 oz a day. You gotta stay up on your fluids or it can cause difficulties.

Try blending water with a bunch of ice so it's slushy, I found that helps me.
