Birth certificate & husband

If your married and have a baby does your husband still have to sign the birth certificate, or do they automatically make him the Father? I live in Michigan. My husband had a falling out, he went back to his baby mama so I had a one night stand so it’s between him and another guy, don’t want him on the birth certificate if he isn’t the father.
