First Appointment at infertility Clinic💕

Hi there. My husband and I have our first fertility appointment at a clinic in three weeks. We both have had prelim testing done. My result came back all normal. I have regular cycles and very regular ovulation. My blood work came back normal. My husband on the other hand had very low sperm count (5.7 million with 39 million being the norm) and a 2% Morphology (4% is the normal)

For those that have been in a similar circumstance ( first appointment with a specialist) what can we expect? How soon were you able to start treatment from that appointment?
