Two periods

I had my period twice last month and now twice this month the same weeks I’m supposed to ovulate my period comes back on again did it last month on the same day as well the 22nd and my periods came on May 9th and June 9th and May 22nd and now today again June 22nd I’m so confused as to why when my periods have always been regular!
