Miscarriage

Sorry if this make you sick but I am suppose to be 12 weeks and this been happening since I been 10 weeks pregnant and I was wondering is this a sign of a miscarriage with blood like in my discharge ? Since Wednesday that I found out I was 12 weeks I started having ligament pains on and off for a couple mins I only had it was I found out i was pregnant is this normal ? Or could it be an infection ?
