I just went to urgent care today for another UTI. However I was planning on going out tonight for drinks. I’ve had worse feeling uti’s and right now it’s bearable. Is it okay to wait until tomorrow morning to start my antibiotics (keflex)? Or is it okay to start it tonight and go out for drinks?

Also wondering how to fix reoccurring UTIs? I’ve been getting them every 3-4 months for the past 2-3 years and I’ve had enough. I seem to be doing almost everything right...peeing after sex (when I can), drinking as much water as I can, etc.

Ok lil update: talked to the pharmacist and he said it’s completely fine to take the antibiotic while drinking, but in moderation
