Energy before labor

I’m 39+1 with my first baby. I have had prodromal labor since 37 weeks and have been more and more dilated at each appointment since. I went to my appointment yesterday and I’m 4cm and 80% effaced. My Dr. did a membrane sweep and said he would be shocked if he didn’t see me within 24 hours. Still pregnant. Thursday night and I could not sleep at all with irregular contractions all night. Last night I got 7 hours of sleep and woke up feeling the best I have felt in weeks. I went for a 45 minute walk, did laundry, went and got groceries and gas and vacuumed my house. I thought I would feel awful the day after having a sweep. Has anyone else experienced a random burst of energy and desire to quickly get everything done before labor?
