Worried?

Question

7 week baby has been waking up screaming and crying. She’ll be in deep sleep and out of nowhere, does this. I pick her up quick to comfort her and she stops.
Today; every nap she has woken up like this. 
Anybody have any insight on this?

My 4 week old does this on occasion and it’s usually because she has bad gas and it hurts her. We’ve been giving her gripe water and it seems to help.

Oh yes so sad and he’s been doing this pouty lip too. But my 7 week has recently just started scream crying out in his sleep. Sometimes he’ll go back into sleep but sometimes he’ll wake up.

I would assume acid reflux. When you pick her up the acid probably goes back down
