UTI/Yeast infection?

Hey all. I’m super anxious about everything and I’m trying not to stress. Soooo let me start.

I have had 5 early losses, I’m being closely monitored by a fertility specialist.

I also have Endometriosis, Interstitial Cystitis.

I’m 5 weeks 2 days. HCG levels all good, spotting stopped with progesterone suppositories around 3 weeks 6 days.

I believe the suppositories have given me a mild yeast infection. I mentioned it to my doctor.

I’m also having some UTI symptoms.

I feel the constant urge to pee, I can’t fully empty, it does burn when peeing. But I also have Interstitial Cystitis (bladder condition).

When I lay down I can feel pain in my bladder, I’m having some small cramps.

It is becoming generally uncomfortable and I’m anxious about it.

My specialist ordered a urine analysis Friday afternoon but I was unable to make it anywhere to do the test.

Everything’s feeling worse when I try to sleep so now every urgent care around me is closed. My only option is the ER but I don’t want to be one of those people sitting there for nothing.

I can’t take anything over the counter for my bladder, or anything like cranberry juice due to my bladder disease. It’ll cause me debilitating pain.

I truly don’t know what to do?
