Ladies I need advice!

So I went into preterm labor Wednesday night. I was 3 cm dilated and they were able to stop it because my water did not break. Thank the lord. They have me on Procardia for the next week to control contractions and I’m on strict bed rest. I’ve gotten the steroid shot and magnesium to help them (twin girls) develop and be ready. But I’m honestly not ready. Im ready for the girls to get here but I’m not mentally prepared for labor. How did y’all get ready?
