I'm super bummed right now. I did my one hour glucose test this morning and I just found out that I failed it. I think they said they wanted my number to be around 130 and my glucose was 184. The nurse said that the doctor might want me to do the 3 hour test but she thinks he will have me just skip right to a dietician and checking my sugars daily. Which mean I would be labeled as a gestational diabetic... Anyone else been diagnosed with gestational diabetes? What does this mean to my cure to lifestyle? What changes did they have you make?
