I’m so frustrated

Im 36 and have 3 children but my hubby and I are working on our fourth. I’m currently 6 days late and I’ve taken test after test (all are negative) so I scheduled a doctor appointment and after having a miscarriage last August👼🏽. My doctor is concerned and is looking into Endometriosis, Pcos, Tyroid problems and Fibroids 😑 Im frustrated because this is the last thing I wanted to hear and I was just hoping for a bfp 😢 I feel like time is against me. Has anyone else gone through this and can give words of wisdom?
