New to app and need some tips!

Hello my name is Alexandria i am 22, I have to baby's already my son is 5 going on 6 and my daughter is 4. I had gotten the nexplaton arm implant birth control after my daughter i had it in for 2years and 6months then decided to get it removed in jan 2019. I have been trying to get pregnant for 5months now going on 6 since its been removed and no luck what so ever anyone know what can be the problem or did the birth control mess up my ovulation? I have been getting my periods normal.
