So ive noticed a definate trend with my cramping and what I'm assuming is ovulation. It happens every month, shortly after the LH surge (OPK strips).

My question is this... Would cramping indicate actual ovulation, and my time frame to BD is decreased?

I ask because I had a positive OPK today around 3 pm, but it is a stonger positive now. I am having those cramps now though. So if I BD tomorrow, is that too late?

For reference, I did BD today about 9 hours before the cramps started, but the LH line has darkened (even though it was still considered positive prior to BDing). So I'm hoping thats enough.
